We are a small USDA butcher shop located on Main ST in Chattanooga that buys pigs and lambs from local farms to make sausage and bacon. We are an old time butchery where we do all butchering and processing in our shop. We do not use and MSG or other preservatives. We purchase our spices from Alchemy Spice Company in Chattanooga. Stop by and see us working in the shop during the week.
